生產(chǎn)方法
由氰乙酸甲酯經(jīng)環(huán)合、氯化得到4-氯-2,6-二氨基嘧啶(見(jiàn)08910),再與過(guò)苯甲酸進(jìn)行氧化反應(yīng)獲得6-氨基-1,2-二氫-1-羥基-2-亞氨基-4-氯嘧啶(C4H5CIN4O),最后與六氫吡啶縮合制得敏樂(lè)啶。
用途
降血壓原料藥，用于頑固性、原發(fā)性或腎性高血壓。用于預(yù)防油脂性脫發(fā)及畜牧業(yè)。
