生產(chǎn)方法
由乙酰乙酸乙酯催化氫化而成。
(1)以乙酰乙酸乙酯為原料,經(jīng)催化加氫而得;
(2)以乙醛及溴代乙酸乙酯為原料,在金屬鋅的存在下,進行雷富馬茨基(Reformatskii)反應(yīng)而。
用途
GB 2760--1996規(guī)定為允許使用的食品用香料。
